Do you have a dog, and have questions about how to keep your dog happy? Is your new puppy having trouble settling in? Are you looking for a new puppy and aren't sure where to look?

I would love to help you with any of these issues, and more. My husband and I have bred many puppies over the last twenty years, and every puppy born at our home is important to us. Whether the puppy became a show dog or a much loved pet, it always remained 'our' puppy to some extent. We always cared about the wellbeing of that puppy.

I would love to be there for you too, if you have a new dog or pup, or if you're thinking of getting one, I would love to help you make the right choices for yourself, your family and for your puppy or dog.

That Didn't Go How It Should Have

The exercise program was mucked up because of the public holiday. That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it. I have buzzed around doing things though, I haven't just sat at home doing nothing.

Next week will be different. I'll start off Monday with MS exercise class, then do some Wii Fit at least three times during the week after that. I promise!

I've started taking tablets to help stop the hand and foot spasms I've been having, just another present from my illness. I had a spasm while I was driving the car today for the first time. I've had spasms while talking on the phone, cooking tea, sitting and reading, getting up in the morning and going to bed at night, but never before while I was driving. I'd been wondering how that would go. I'm pleased to be able to say it went fine.

I couldn't let go of the steering wheel with my right hand, but I didn't want to do that anyway. My right foot lifted off the accelerator slightly, so the can slowed down a bit. That was all. Slowing down a bit is not a bad thing, it's fine.

So that's all good. I got the Mallala Crossroad Chronicle picked up and delivered today before lunchtime and I spoke to a few people about my latest project, with positive remarks. It's all good, no matter what anyone days!

That's it for this post - lunch and half a tablet next. Seeya!
